By Material
Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is the most commonly used material for car panels because it is durable, easy to clean, and highly customizable. The surface can be finished in various ways, such as brushed, mirror-polished, or etched, to meet a wide range of design requirements.
Painted Steel Sheets: The surface is directly painted, making it a low-cost option primarily used in freight elevators.
Glass: Tempered, laminated, or insulated glass is used, offering excellent visual appeal.
Wood Panels: Characterized by a vintage and upscale aesthetic, these are commonly used in high-end residential buildings and hotels.
By Structure
Modular
Each side panel, rear panel, and front panel of the car is manufactured separately and then assembled on-site. This facilitates transportation and installation and is the most common structure.
Monolithic
Multiple wall panels are fabricated into a single, integrated structure at the factory. This is commonly used in mid- to high-end elevators, as well as in projects requiring high car rigidity and efficient installation.
