Passenger Elevator
Our passenger elevators are designed to meet the latest EN81-20 standards, CE and ISO certificate.
We satisfy the clients’ requirements by accurate, effective, flexible, rational, systematic control. Passenger elevators are used in residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, apartments, skyscrapers, and other high-traffic areas.
One unique feature of passenger elevators is their aesthetics. They are decorated to complement the building’s design, especially in commercial buildings where a stylish appearance is key in attracting customers. They are also equipped with safety features to ensure passengers’ safety.

Freight Elevator
Freight elevators are designed primarily for transporting heavy goods, equipment, and materials rather than passengers. These elevators are typically used in factories, warehouses, multi-story workshops, shopping malls, and storage facilities where bulky items are moved between floors.
Freight elevators prioritize functionality over aesthetics, they have little decoration, lower levels of automation, and move at lower speeds. However, they are well built to accommodate various types of cargo.

Hospital Elevator
Hospital elevators are designed for healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. They play an important role in patient care, especially during emergencies, as they ensure safe and efficient transportation for patients.
They are built to accommodate stretchers, hospital beds, medical equipment, and medical staff. This makes them different from standard passenger elevators.
Because of their application, the elevator car is usually long and narrow, with doors that open sideways to allow for wider openings.
In some buildings, such as hotels, one or two hospital elevators may be installed as service elevators to accommodate stretchers. These elevators ensure safe and efficient transport during medical emergencies.

Machine room less
Dumbwaiter
You can consider a dumbwaiter as a small freight elevator for transporting lightweight items such as food, books, medical supplies, or clothing. They are commonly used in restaurants, libraries, and private homes. They are specifically designed for transporting lightweight items, and people are not permitted to use them. As a result, the car door is typically small, and the car interior height usually does not exceed 1.2 meters. Dumbwaiters improve efficiency and productivity as it reduces the manual transport of small items.

Driving Mechanisms: Traction Elevators and Hydraulic Elevators
Traction and hydraulic elevators are the two main driving mechanisms of elevators. Your elevator needs would determine your choice between the two.
Elevators operate differently, and so is the elevator speed to meet different building needs. Low-speed elevators with speeds up to 1.0 m/s are ideal for low-rise buildings. Medium-speed elevators, ranging from 1.0 to 2.5 m/s are suitable for mid-high-rise structures. Skyscrapers require ultra-speed elevators, which can reach speeds of up to 5.0m/s for fast transportation. Traction elevators are the favorites for most buildings as they operate efficiently at various speeds, whereas hydraulic elevators are limited to low-speed applications.
Traction Elevator
Traction elevators are common in modern buildings due to their efficiency, speed, and ability to travel greater heights.
Gearless traction elevators can travel distances up to 2000 feet.
Geared traction elevators are suitable for mid-rise buildings up to 30 floors, with a moderate speed of about 500 fpm.
The two types of traction elevators operate differently. Geared elevators use a gearbox connected to the motor to turn the sheave and lift the car, while gearless elevators do not require a gearbox to operate. They are connected directly to the sheave.
Hydraulic Elevator
Though traction elevators are more popular due to advancements like gearless motors, hydraulic elevators are still widely used in low-mid-rise buildings, where their slower speed and height limitations might not matter. Their high load capacity makes them ideal for freight use. They are space saving, cost-effective and easy to install. However, their slower speeds and height limitations make them unsuitable for high-rise buildings. Hydraulic elevators operate using a hydraulic pump system to lift and lower the elevator car up.
Machine Room (MR) or Machine Room-Less (MRL) Elevators
When it comes to elevator systems, it is either a machine room (MR) or machine room-less elevator.
Machine Room (MR) Elevator
MR elevators require a dedicated machine room, typically above the elevator shaft to house the motor, control system, and other essential components. They are suitable for both low-mid and high-rise buildings due to their higher load capacity, speed, and durability. Machine room elevators can be powered by either traction or hydraulic systems.
Machine Room-Less (MRL) Elevator
Unlike MR elevators, machine room-less elevators do not require a separate machine room. Instead, the components are installed within the shaft. MRL elevators are the favorite where space is limited. They are space saving, energy efficient, and help reduce construction costs since a dedicated room is not required. However, they have limited load and speed capacity, and are best suitable for mid-rise structures. MRL elevators are primarily traction-based, though MRL hydraulic elevators exist, but less commonly used.
