A well-known restaurant in Indonesia wanted to elevate its building with high-quality escalators. After comparing several FUJI-branded suppliers and finding their quality below expectations, they chose DAZEN — and we didn’t disappoint.
From design to installation, we paid attention to every detail to ensure smooth performance and refined aesthetics. But what truly impressed the client was our after-sales support. When their first local maintenance company failed to respond promptly, our team quickly stepped in with an alternative plan to keep everything running flawlessly.
Our customer said: Let’s ride the Dazen Escalator to dinner!
At Dazen, we don’t just deliver products — we deliver reliability, trust, and peace of mind.
