Dazen Elevator

Hydraulic Elevator

A cost-effective solution for low to mid-rise buildings

Hydraulic elevators are driven by a hydraulic system and do not require steel cables or belts. The upward movement is powered by a hydraulic pump, while the downward movement utilizes the weight of the elevator car. This system features a simple structure, smooth operation, and low maintenance costs, making it particularly suitable for mid-to-low-rise buildings. It offers robust load-bearing capacity, making it an ideal choice for transporting heavy loads.

At Dazen, we use biodegradable hydraulic oil, hydraulic elevators have also become more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Whether you’re planning a new project or upgrading an existing system. Our team is here to help you customize a solution that works—and looks—the way you need.

Hydraulic Elevators – Standard Models and Custom Solutions

1. Direct Plunger (Holed Type)
The oil cylinder is buried underground, and the elevator car is pushed upward directly by the plunger without any intermediate structure, making it suitable for applications with short travel distances and slow speeds.

2. Hole-less Type
The oil cylinder is installed on the ground or on both sides of the shaft, eliminating the need for deep pits and reducing civil engineering requirements.

3 .Indirect (Roped Hydraulic / Indirect Acting)
The hydraulic cylinder drives the pulley system, which then drives the car via steel cables. Suitable for higher travel (generally over 6 meters), reducing the length of the oil cylinder.
