SWE Escalator Modernization for El Salvador Customer

As the Chinese New Year approached 2024, we were contacted by a company in El Salvador that has been providing installation and technical support for elevators and escalators for more than 40 years. They wanted us to provide a modernization solution for two Schindler escalators. The customer was interested in the Monarch system, but the space for the control cabinet on site was very small and could not accommodate a regular Monarch control cabinet.

We did not want to give up, so we actively communicated with our technicians during the Chinese New Year holiday and designed an implementable solution based on the customer’s needs.
In the end, we designed a non-standard Monarch control cabinet of 680×750×230mm and a complete modernization solution for the customer.

The customer was very satisfied. The order was confirmed on New Year’s Eve.

In October 2025, the customer successfully completed this project and happily shared with us the before and after comparison video. After the modernization, it was like installing a brand new escalator! Their customers are very satisfied!

After experiencing the quality of our products, they confirmed a new modernization project order with us that month!
