How to Choose The Reliable Elevator Partner

Have you ever faced quality issues after receiving your elevator, such as missing spare parts, installation problems, or incorrect sizing?

These issues often stem from poor management systems within the factory.
A good elevator brand should have very strict production and quality control standards. Organized packaging for easy installation by customers is another key point.

There are a range of factors to consider when looking for a reliable elevator supplier. To help you make an informed decision, we’ve compiled a list of some of the most critical ones.

1. Certificates

Does your elevator conform to European EN81-20 Standard?

Not only must it have EN81-20 Certificate for the complete Elevator, but also the main parts Motor, Controller, Door, Wire Rope, Safety Gear, and Overspeed Governor must have EN81-50 Certificate, more over the production standard must according to EN81-20.

Few domestic companies will take these certificates, but we have approved them all. Additionally, we are EAC certified for Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan.

2. Pit Inspection Box with Up and Down Button

Do you know why EN81-20 Updated the Pit Inspection Box Function?
Cause there are many accidents for cabin cutting people and pit accidents, unfortunately, many elevator suppliers do not give this if they do not understand EN81-20 completely.
Currently, only Kone and Otis on the market will be equipped with this kind of up and down button. But in order to protect the life safety of elevator maintenance and installation personnel, we add this as standard.

3. UCMP System

This system is to prevent the elevator from moving accidentally. It is also because other brands have had this accident before, so we added this device to ensure safety.

4. Silent Foam

Adding this configuration will ensure that the elevator runs smoothly and has low noise. Usually other companies will only equip it on high-speed elevators, but we add it as a standard configuration.

5. Cabin Material

Have you noticed the difference in elevator stainless steel material?
A good car material will keep your elevator from warping and rusting for 20 years!
While many companies still use low-quality 201, 430, or thinner stainless steel, Dazen already offers our customers superior 1.2mm and 1.5mm 304 stainless steel as standard.

6. Hydraulic Oil Buffers

Buffer is the last line of defense to ensure the safety of elevator operation. While many factories still use cheap polyurethane buffers to reduce costs, Dazen has adopted hydraulic oil buffers as standard, providing a strong safety guarantee for our elevators.

7. Free Elevator Wearing Parts Pack

Have you ever encountered the problem of damaged parts during elevator installation, with no spare parts from the supplier, causing delays? With Dazen, you never have to worry about this issue. We provide free wearable parts with each elevator, ensuring you can replace them quickly and keep your project on track.

8. Strict Packing Standards

We require that the packing must be neat and regular, which will facilitate you to quickly find what you want. In addition, with this packaging, we will not have the possibility of missing parts.

9. Random Documents

We make documents for each elevator, which will contain important documents such as electrical drawings, installation instructions, certificates, etc., and it is guaranteed to be in English, which is convenient for your team to understand.

10. Rigorously Testing

Before each elevator is shipped, we will pre-build the car, and test the traction machine, and the control cabinet to ensure a perfect fit on-site.

11. Installation of Guide Rail Brackets Every 2 Meters

A guide rail bracket is installed every 2m in our elevators, while other companies typically install one every 2.5m to reduce costs. Although this does not compromise quality, having more guide rail brackets enhances the safety and durability of your elevator.

12. Warranty

Other companies only provide a one-year warranty. If the elevator has an accident after one year, they will need you to purchase additional accessories for maintenance. But we provide a 2-3 year warranty. We understand some accidents well, so we provide free after-sales service within two years. Even for important projects, we can guarantee 3 years.

13. Very Good After Service

Are you tired of facing problems with elevator installation or use, only to find that the supplier is unresponsive and their engineers don’t speak English? At Dazen, you will never worry it, our engineers are fluent in English and will respond to any issue within 8 hour.
